How does my order ship? |
| All
business address orders ship UPS. Residential orders ship USPS. COD is
also available for orders which are mailed, faxed or phoned in. The
charge for COD is $6.50 plus the cost of shipping . |

When does my order ship? |

Orders received before 2pm EST from Mon-Fri will be processed & shipped
the same day. Any orders received after 2pm EST, on Saturday, Sunday or
a Holiday, will be processed & shipped the following business day. |

downloaded is purchased exactly like a product that would be

Are the videos available in PAL?
|
|
Yes. We can convert our videos to PAL. (They were shot in NTSC.)

What is NTSC and PAL?
|
| NTSC is the
broadcast standard for American television. PAL is the broadcast
standard for television for many other countries. Our videos were shot
in NTSC.

Why is converting from NTSC to PAL an issue?
|
| Due to inherent
differences (different frame rates, color standards, etc.) between the
PAL and NTSC standards, some quality is lost in the conversion.
|

What languages are your books available in?
|
| English is the
only language in which our books are printed.

What region are the DVDs? Will they work internationally? |
| Our DVDs are region-free.
They will work internationally. |

Should I get the
books or the videos? |
| It depends. The books are
a great reference and are easy to grab when you need a quick answer.
If it is easier for you to learn by watching something being done,
then the video may be a better choice. Ideally, getting both the
books and video are the best way to learn -- you can see the
procedure being done and you have the book to reference the
step-by-step procedures. |
