Directions for Downloading

Instant Framing Answers/E-Books

Instant Framing Answers and E-Books are PDF files that must be read with Adobe Acrobat Reader.  If you do not already have that installed on your computer, please click here to download FREE Reader.

1. Add the Instant Framing Answer or E-Book to your cart as you would any other product (Click Add to Cart). 

2.After you pay for the items in your cart (after you have clicked Submit This Order button), a page will show and the title of the Instant Framing Answer(s)/E-Book(s) that you ordered will turn into a link. 

3. Click on that link. (You will also receive an email with a link to your Instant Framing Answers.)

4. A window from your browser will ask you to Open or Save to Disk.  You want to Save to Disk. 

Please Note: You have online access to your documents for 48 hours after purchase or 3 attempts to download, which ever comes first.  If you have any problems, please contact Customer Service via email or by phone 800-999-7491   330-836-2619.

5. Select a location that you will remember.  (My Documents is always a good place to save.)

6. Open up Adobe Acrobat Reader. Go to File at top of page and select Open.

7. The Look-in window should have My Documents in it.  If not, navigate to My Documents and find your document.  The document name is the same as the title listed on your receipt.

8. Click on Open.

9. View, Print and Learn!
